The temperature is 1500 ~ 1600 degrees centigrade, and the glass fiber is 200-300 degrees higher than that of the glass fiber. It can be widely used in the lining heat insulation of metallurgy, machinery, electronics, ceramics, chemical industry, glass, aerospace and other high temperature industrial kilns and other thermal equipment. In order to save energy and increase production, prolong the life of furnace and improve the working environment. The appearance is white, smooth, soft, elastic, such as absorbent cotton. Polycrystalline stone fiber is a kind of polycrystalline refractory fiber with unique structure in the form of mullite crystal phase. Its manufacturing process is complex and the technology content is high. Only a few developed countries can produce this kind of refractory fiber. Polycrystalline mullite fiber is prepared by chemical colloidal method, which is chemically formulated according to the formation of single crystalline phase mullite (3Al2O3, 2SiO2). The principle is to make soluble aluminum and silicon salt into colloidal solution with certain viscosity, spray and reject the liquid by conventional method, and then complete the crystal phase transformation by high temperature heat treatment, so as to obtain mullite fiber. The obtained fiber cotton (loose) can be used as filling material for interlayer at high temperature, and the PMF fiber series can be made by wet vacuum forming of loose cotton, such as board, felt, brick, standard prefabricated parts, modules, composite parts, etc.
